The space The Haven is a brand-new 4-bedroom, modern coastal home just one short block to the beach access, you can walk to the sand in 5 minutes. The home features two primary master bedrooms, and 2 more rooms with bunk beds for the whole family, a spacious open-concept living area, and a private backyard oasis with a heated pool and tiki hut — ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and fenced backyard. The pool and tiki hut are for your exclusive use during your stay. Smart lock entry provides convenient, keyless access with unique codes for each reservation. Driveway parking is available for up to 4–5 vehicles (no street parking available or needed). Other things to note - Quiet hours observed 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect our Butler Beach neighbors - No smoking or vaping inside the home - Family-friendly home — children welcome and must be supervised around the pool at all times - We provide starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. - Beach chairs, and basic beach gear available for guest use (subject to seasonal inventory) - Pool heating can be requested for $25 per day, please give 24hrs notice.
