Guest access Room 04, the Florida Room, is on the second floor of The Blue Carriage House, guests can access the room via the front door and a beautifully renovated historic staircase that is slightly steeper and narrower than typical, modern stairs. Other things to note • ONE FREE PARKING PASS is included with your stay for the Historic Downtown Parking Facility at 1 Cordova Street (approximately a 7-minute walk from the house). *Important* The parking pass does not guarantee a spot. Parking is available on a first come - first serve basis (1,200 spots). Most of the time this is not an issue, with the exception of some major holiday events. More details will be provided before arrival. • While downtown’s vibrancy is part of its charm, we provide earplugs for light sleepers to ensure a comfortable stay. The City of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. • This room is on the second floor. Guests must climb a standard stair set to reach the front porch exterior door, then a historic staircase (steeper and narrower than modern stairs).
